Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer - BIW Feasibility to drive BIW manufacturing feasibility for new models and mid-cycle actions. You will collaborate with Product Engineering, create DFMA-informed designs, and push improvements through to closure, including capital expenditure optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• DFMA knowledge and project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform BIW manufacturing activities for new model and mid-cycle programs.
• Develop Design to Manufacturing proposals to optimize Capex.
• Support Plant Loading studies and Make/Buy alignment.
• Create detailed Process Maps and lead Change Management meetings.
• Provide weekly updates to Stellantis management and travel to plants as needed.
