Job summary

Executive Jet Management (EJM) in West Palm Beach seeks an experienced Gulfstream G650 Captain (PIC) to join our dedicated aviation team. You will hold final authority for safe, compliant flight operations and deliver exceptional service to a single aircraft owner and guests.

You will plan flights with weight-and-balance calculations, lead crew briefings, ensure SOP adherence, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• FAA type rating for the applicable fleet (G650) is required.
• Minimum flight time: 3,500 hours total time, 2,000 PIC, 1,500 MEL, 500 PIC MEL, 300 instrument, 500 jet hours.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final authority for flight safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency.
• Plan and execute all flight preparation, including performance and weight-and-balance.
• Lead crew briefings using the TPC methodology to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure crewing and trip assignments meet requirements and SOPs.
• Coordinate with owner services, dispatch, maintenance to support mission success.
• Act as Ground Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator.
