Job summary

KnitWell Group, through LOFT Outlet in Nags Head Tanger Outlets, is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences and drive profitable store performance.

You will coach the team, ensure welcoming environment, manage day-to-day operations including opening and closing, and partner with community events to extend the brand presence in the local market.

The role emphasizes hospitality, leadership, and using POS tech to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences for shoppers.

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.

You’ll bring to the role
