LOFT Outlet is seeking a Sales Associate to be a key brand ambassador at Store 3135, Norfok Premium Outlets, Norfolk, VA. You will guide customers with personalized styling, keep the sales floor organized, and collaborate with the team to create exceptional shopping experiences.

Ideal candidates bring customer-focused experience, a hospitality mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems and a proactive attitude are essential.

About the role As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.

Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer. Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty. Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations. Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
