Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Atlantic City is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to guide customers through personalized styling journeys. You will keep the sales floor organized, provide expert product recommendations, and support a welcoming omni-channel environment.

The role requires hospitality-minded teamwork, with flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, and comfort using a POS system. As part of the LOFT team, you’ll contribute to an inviting store experience, stay informed on promotions,

About the role As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
