Vertex Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Principal Analyst, G&A Technology to lead technology initiatives supporting Legal, OBIE, and Corporate Communications functions.

The role partners with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technology solutions and manages vendor relationships across global teams. The position requires 8+ years in regulated industries, experience with SaaS platforms, and a track record of delivering complex projects in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field.
• 8+ years experience supporting business systems in life sciences or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications functions.
• Proven ability to deliver complex technology initiatives with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and vendor-supported solutions (iManage, Everlaw, Jasper AI, PwC Interactions Hub, PoliteMail).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities and opportunities.
• Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and MSPs.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions and delivery plans.
• Drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication across initiatives.
• Provide functional and technical expertise in configuration, integrations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Compliance, and Internal Audit on regulations and data governance.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous improvement across G&A Technology.
