Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise application support and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience with SaaS platforms like NetSuite, Agiloft, ADP, Concur.
• Strong knowledge of G&A processes in regulated environments.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR to prioritize initiatives.
• Oversee application portfolio, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning to deployment.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with GxP, SOX, and 21 CFR Part 11.
