Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking a versatile Project Manager, G&A Initiatives to lead implementation and improvement projects across Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal & Compliance, and IT & Facilities.

The role drives ERP/HRIS rollouts, contract management platforms, and office moves, building trust with non-technical stakeholders and applying PM rigor to scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience delivering cross-domain initiatives (finance, HR, legal/compliance, IT/facilities).
• Ability to build and manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Experience coordinating implementation vendors or outside consultants on system projects.
• Familiarity with core G&A concepts and life sciences/regulatory context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM across Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal & Compliance, IT & Facilities.
• Drive ERP/HRIS rollouts, contract management platforms, and office moves.
• Maintain master project plans, RAID logs, status reports for all active initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional input and ensure governance across workstreams.
• Manage vendor relationships, scope, timeline, and invoicing for engagements.
