Job summary

Teradyne in North Reading, MA is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join a newly formed G&A finance team. You will blend close execution with forward-looking planning, owning the mechanics that keep G&A reporting accurate while building models to speed forecasting.

The role offers growth as the function scales and adopts Oracle and AI-enabled tools. Reporting to the G&A FP&A Manager, you’ll partner with HR, IT and Facilities to improve financial workflows, support SOX controls, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A.
• Strong Excel proficiency and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Oracle, EPM or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Workforce planning, load actuals, and update merit/fringe rates with HR data.
• Forecasting, reporting support, and lease management collaboration.
• Run G&A allocation model and tie-out to Corporate Accounting.
• Execute Day 1–3 close entries and adjustments for G&A.
• Load G&A actuals in Oracle and reconcile forecasts.
• Support QBR materials, SOX control support, and ad hoc analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and automate reporting.
