Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related finance discipline.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or analysis; exposure to G&A, operating expenses, departmental, or cost-center finance.
• Ability to serve as a primary finance contact for assigned functional stakeholders and translate operational activity into financial insights.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and ability to analyze headcount, compensation, vendor, and operating expense performance.
• Experience preparing and updating financial models, forecasts, management reports, and business-case analyses with attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in using AI, automation, or analytics tools to improve finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner to assigned functional leaders by understanding priorities, cost drivers, resource needs, and financial commitments.
• Prepare monthly results, variance analyses, dashboards, and commentary explaining G&A performance vs budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Develop and maintain driver-based expense models for headcount, compensation, contractors, software licenses, facilities, travel, and other costs.
• Own headcount planning and reporting for assigned functions, including requisitions and hiring phasing.
• Analyze vendor, contract, and initiative-level spend to support cost management and business cases.
• Partner with Accounting, HR, and others to validate accruals, mappings, and reconciliations; assist with data quality.
• Use AI, workflow automation, and analytics tools to improve data preparation, reporting, forecasting, and partner deliverables.
• Identify and support process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and consistency of G&A planning.
