Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related field with leadership experience.
Proven partnership with senior functional leaders across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
Experience automating finance processes and building self-service reporting.
Experience with enterprise financial systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasting for corporate functions.
Partner with functional leaders to develop business cases, evaluate investments, and track performance against plans.
Deliver executive reporting on spending, headcount, variances, risks, and opportunities.
Champion automation of planning, reporting, and analytical workflows.
Collaborate with Accounting, HR, IT to improve data quality, system integration, and reporting consistency.
Advance self-service reporting and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI.
Lead, coach, and develop finance team members and foster partnership culture.
