Presidio is seeking a Financial Analyst, G&A to serve as the primary finance partner to functional leaders across the organization. You will support planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of G&A expenses including headcount, compensation, vendor spend, and initiatives.

You will help leaders understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate operational plans into clear financial outcomes with guidance from senior finance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or analysis for G&A/operating expenses.
• Ability to be the primary finance contact for functional stakeholders and translate activity into insights.
• Understanding of financial statements; analyze headcount, compensation, vendor, and operating expense variances.
• Experience building financial models, forecasts, and management reports with attention to detail.
• Interest or experience with AI, automation, or analytics tools in finance.

Aufgaben

• Partner with functional leaders to understand priorities and support annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Prepare monthly results, variance analyses, dashboards, and commentary explaining performance vs budget/forecast.
• Develop driver-based expense models for headcount, compensation, contractors, software, facilities, travel, etc.
• Own headcount planning and reporting for assigned functions, including positions and compensation assumptions.
• Analyze vendor, contract, and initiative spend to support cost management and business cases.
• Collaborate with Accounting/HR to validate accruals and reconcile systems; resolve data/classification differences.
• Apply AI and automation to improve data prep, reporting, forecasting, and finance deliverables.
