Job summary

Minuteman High School in Lexington, MA is seeking a Lacrosse Head Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The coach will lead student-athletes in practices and games, promoting teamwork, school pride, motivation and skill development.

The role is a stipend position with total annual compensation of $7,251–$9,044, reporting to the Athletic Director and based at Minuteman High School.

Qualifications

Additional Requirements:

• This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public, walking around the school, standing for periods, occasionally lifting and carrying items, reading documents, using a computer, listening and speaking, using office equipment, maintaining energy throughout the day, and handling stress effectively.

• Stipend Position.

Effective Dates of Employment:

• This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
• The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.
