Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3 years of related experience in Foreign Exchange Operations or Capital Markets Operations.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and decision support for complex foreign exchange transactions and operational inquiries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex multi-currency loan transactions, including funding events, repayments, interest payments, restructures, and amendments.
• Coordinate and resolve operational issues related to FX syndicated loan settlements with internal teams, agent banks, and external counterparties.
• Review and validate FX rates, currency conversions, settlement instructions, and funding calculations.
• Investigate and resolve settlement exceptions, payment failures, funding discrepancies, account instruction issues, and processing breaks.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for complex FX operational issues, client inquiries, trade exceptions, and process concerns.
• Analyze foreign exchange transactions to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and manage operational queues within established service levels.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, process gaps, and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with OFAC, Compliance, Legal, and Risk partners on sanctions screening, regulatory inquiries, and exception requests.
• Support internal and external audits through documentation, inquiries, and control testing.
• Develop and maintain procedures, job aids, and training materials.
• Provide mentorship, onboarding support, quality reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in strategic projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Engage with clients, vendors, and internal business partners to resolve escalated issues.
• Improve controls, operational efficiency, and risk reduction through standardization and automation.
• Perform other duties as assigned
