Responsibilities

• Investigate issues and provide concise, structured resolutions.
• Identify and resolve exceptions in internal books and records.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with treasury on settlements.
• Support small projects and drive efficiency while mitigating risk.
• Influence client behavior toward strong operational and service outcomes.
