Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks an FX Operations Analyst to support the daily processing and settlement of foreign exchange transactions. You will confirm trades, manage settlements, and ensure timely payments while maintaining records in WallStreet, MTS, and SWIFT gpi.

This role offers exposure to international payments, trade confirmations, reconciliations, and compliance processes in a fast-paced financial operations environment; collaboration with traders and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years in financial operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of AML/BSA/OFAC compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for FX transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
• Process incoming and outgoing foreign currency payments accurately.
• Verify and confirm FX trades; ensure settlements are timely and accurate.
• Monitor FX payment flows across currencies and platforms.
• Perform daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in trades or payments.
• Investigate issues related to payment delays, trade mismatches, and compliance alerts.
• Maintain transaction records in WallStreet, MTS, and SWIFT gpi systems.
• Collaborate with front-office traders, relationship managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Respond to client inquiries related to FX transactions and assist with process improvements.
