Responsibilities

• Assist the Advancement Operations team in adding and managing community partners in the alumni and donor database–Blackbaud Raiser's Edge by completing data projects including: entering data into Raiser's Edge, researching potential community partners, and updating partner information (addresses, contacts, emails).
• Assist with data projects if community partner related tasks are not available.
• May be asked to work University Events such as Homecoming.

Job Title: FWS Advancement Operations Database Assistant for Community Partners

Level : Entry

Location: Marsh Hall – Room 312, Forest Grove Campus – Forest Grove, OR

Purpose of Position : This position will help the Advancement Operations team build out and manage community partners in our Raiser’s Edge database.

Job Duties:

This position is only open to current Pacific University Students.

• Assist the Advancement Operations team in adding and managing community partners in the alumni and donor database – Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge by completing data projects including, but not limited to:
  • Processing community partner intake forms from the Opportunity Hub or other campus partners
  • Entering data into Raiser’s Edge
  • Researching potential community partners to add to the database
  • Updating information related to community partner organizations including but not limited to addresses, contacts, email, etc.
  • Assist with other data projects if community partner related tasks are not available.
  • May be asked to work University Events such as Homecoming

Length of Employment: Full academic year. Potential to be re-hired the following year if desired.
