Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of project management experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Three years of experience in telecommunications, broadband, wireless, fiber, or network deployment.
• Experience supporting Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), wireless deployments, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program manager for Fixed Wireless Access deployment initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and manage governance processes, status reporting, issue escalation, and executive communications.
• Coordinate execution activities across internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Ensure network expansion initiatives are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with approved objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Drive accountability for execution milestones, deliverables, and deployment outcomes.
