Job summary

Societe Generale seeks a Futures Surveillance Compliance Associate in New York City to support the Trade Surveillance program within SG Americas Compliance. You will review alerts, assist in testing controls, and help implement new processes to strengthen regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years in trade surveillance or related compliance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A hybrid work arrangement in NYC is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Trade Surveillance, General Compliance, Front Office Trading, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of applicable regulations for Banking, Broker-Dealer and Futures activity.
• Excellent research and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review trade surveillance alerts and escalate issues to stakeholders for investigation.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new Trade Surveillance controls.
• Contribute to management metrics, reporting, and cross-regional initiatives.
