Job summary

Myo is a modern physical therapy practice in Los Angeles seeking new graduates to join a premium 1:1 care model. You will work under structured onboarding and mentorship, building clinical reasoning, client communication, caseload development, and business skills with ongoing education and coaching.

Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based incentives, employer-paid health benefits, 401(k) matching, and substantial PTO.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active CA PT license or eligibility.
• Strong commitment to high‑quality assessment and movement‑based care.
• Interest in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver true 1:1 care to clients within the premium model.
• Collaborate with clinicians, front desk, and leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Develop and manage a sustainable caseload while advancing clinical skills.
• Participate in mentorship, education workshops, and peer learning.
