Job summary

Hair Cuttery invites cosmetology students to join the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. You will start by learning in a 90-day mentorship, attend new hire orientation, and advance through advanced technical training.

Earn while you learn with hourly pay and opportunities to grow into our 8-level career ladder and 12 price levels, reaching up to 75% commission as you progress. Licensed stylists can expect top-tier earning potential with $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, a robust benefits package,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Must have flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from experienced stylists.

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience at the salon and assist front-desk tasks.
• Develop craft through a structured training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Collaborate with licensed pros on consultations for select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching salon professionals, asking questions, and practicing skills.
• Assist in building a strong clientele through product knowledge and service delivery.
