Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion for learning cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support actions influencing guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: Learn product knowledge, consultations, and how to build a clientele.
