Job summary

Hair Cuttery invites cosmetology students to join FuturePRO, a Student to Work program. Start earning while you learn in a welcoming salon environment, with mentorship and hands-on practice, designed to launch your hairstyling career from day one.

You will complete a 90-day mentorship, attend orientation, receive advanced technical training, and grow through an 8-level career ladder with performance-based pay. Licensed stylists can earn $45–$88+/hr with tips.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday learning and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon professionals and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: receive training on product knowledge, consultations, and building a strong clientele.
