Hair Cuttery invites cosmetology students to join the FuturePRO (Student to Work) Program, designed to help you start earning and learning from day one. You’ll receive a 90-day mentorship, orientation, and advanced technical training while you work toward becoming a licensed stylist.

As you progress, you can earn through hourly pay, commissions, and a potential to reach 100K+ per year, with 8-level career ladder and 12 price levels.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience at the salon.
• Develop craft through a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Collaborate with a licensed pro for consultations.
• Observe and learn from experienced stylists.
• Build a strong clientele through product knowledge and service.
