As you grow, you’ll work with licensed pros, gain real guest experience behind the chair, and progress on our career ladder while earning attendance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: night, weekend, and holiday availability to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Legal Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist front desk and contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Develop Your Craft: participate in a structured training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: work with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch professionals and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: learn product knowledge, consult skills, and build a client base.
