Hair Cuttery Family of Brands presents the FuturePRO program for cosmetology students to learn and earn from day one. As a hairstylist student, you’ll receive mentorship, orientation, and hands-on training, while integrating with a Salon Team to grow your career.

The program emphasizes observation, practice on mannequins, and on-the-job guidance from seasoned cosmetologists, with opportunities to advance through an eight-level ladder and substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
