Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist in reception and guest service actions.
• Develop Your Craft: follow a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: work with a licensed pro on consultations.
• Observe & Learn: watch and ask questions to improve skills.
• Business Building: learn product knowledge and how to build a client base.
