Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands offers the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for beauty school students to start earning while they learn. As a hairstylist student, you’ll join a salon team, receive mentorship, orientation, and advanced technical training to build your income and career from day one.

Licensed stylists can climb our 8-Level Career Ladder with 12 price levels, earning up to 75% commission and substantial hourly pay, with ambitious examples like $100K+ per year within reach.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: You are a beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility to maximize your peak learning and earning potential.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
