Job summary

JANUS Research Group is seeking a Model & Simulation Specialist to support Army wargaming events. You will configure software, data, simulations, and hardware across distributed environments, ensuring accurate scenario data and performance.

You will capture data for AARs and reports, and assist in planning multi-site simulations from brigade to division level. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Modeling & Simulation or related field, Secret clearance eligibility, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Army, Joint, or hobby war gaming.
• Proficient with Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Configure wargame software, data, simulations, and tools for distributed events.
• Coordinate scenario data, unit composition, and system performance for exercise setup.
• Capture and archive simulation data to support AAR and reports.
• Plan, integrate, and execute distributed/multi-site simulations for concept development.
