Job summary

Lafayette Group is seeking a cybersecurity policy and strategy consultant to lead project management for CISA's Cybersecurity Division on future technologies. The role involves facilitating working groups, writing memos, and preparing executive briefings on AI, PQC, and ICS-OT with senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in cybersecurity policy/strategy or technical roles.
• Experience communicating to senior government and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of cyber industry standards, frameworks, governance structures, and national policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and emerging tech project management within the CSD for CISA.
• Facilitate workshops, coordinate with government and industry SMEs, deliver memos and briefings.
• Develop talking points, guidance, and governance policy; track action items and roadmaps.
• Provide PM support across the Branch using ServiceNow and other tools; manage risks and milestones.
• Maintain interagency and international standards alignment; update SharePoint site.
