Job summary

Lafayette Group isseeking a cybersecurity technology consultant to lead project management efforts for a technical office within Cybersecurity Division (CSD) of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) focused on future technologies (FT).

This role will serve as a subject matter expert facilitating working groups, writing memos, preparing executive briefings focused on topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC), and Industrial Control Systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, or other relevant field.
10+ years of experience in a cybersecurity policy, strategy, or technical role.
Understanding of current cyber industry standards and frameworks.
Experience managing multiple project milestones, components, and work products.
Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking, and listening skills.
Ability to obtain entry on duty (EOD)/security clearance.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; coordinate with government and industry SMEs.
Facilitate workshops and activities across multiple audiences.
Lead project management efforts using ServiceNow and other PM tools.
Develop talking points, guidance, governance policy, and executive briefings.
Maintain and update interagency SharePoint sites to align with EO efforts.
