Chick-fil-A restaurant in the United States is seeking a Team Leader in training to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting and to develop other Team Members through coaching and example.

You will participate in opening/closing tasks, lead shifts, and count drawers while delivering exceptional guest service and upholding Chick-fil-A's values and culture. This role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning, and personal growth within a community-focused environment.
