Job summary

MSD offers a 10–12 week internship program in the United States across Vaccines Filling/Packaging, IT Automation Engineering, Quality Control, Maintenance/Utilities Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.

Interns participate in process improvement projects to develop leadership, teamwork and problem-solving abilities, with opportunities to influence real operations in a global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in a BS -OR- in a MS program in one of the listed disciplines.
• Proven interest in Packaging, Manufacturing or Quality Lab settings.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is preferred and strong collaboration/communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in process improvement projects to strengthen problem-solving and teamwork.
• Develop leadership and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Contribute to packaging, filling, IT, maintenance, or quality operations.
• Support day-to-day activities and strategic projects impacting end-to-end supply chain.
