The program offers cooperative assignments up to 6 months across the Global Services and GWES teams, with hands-on projects and exposure to facility management, data analytics, and process improvement. You will participate in planning meetings, help create dashboards, support safety programs, and learn from cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Engineering, or related field.
• Beginner - Limited or no previous work experience/first Co‑op
• Intermediate - Some related work or volunteer experience/second Co‑op
• Advanced - Previous related work experience/final Co‑op
• Candidates must be available for a period of 6 months.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and undergo federal background checks for access to classified systems.
• Preferred Education: Minimum GPA: 3.00

Responsibilities

• Work on project-related tasks at the West Point site with a deliverable in mind.
• Create visual dashboards to track priorities and KPIs.
• Support Gemba (Go‑See) program and safety walkdowns.
• Develop digital tools to accelerate information flow across data systems.
• Attend portfolio meetings and manage a schedule with deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and report status (spend to date and forecast).
• Maintain records, reports, and related admin tasks.
