Job summary

Merck's Future Talent Program offers a 6‑month co‑op in our Animal Health Division with hands‑on projects spanning design reviews, SOP development, and asset documentation. Ideal candidates are pursuing an undergraduate engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical), are in good academic standing, and can commit to June–November 2027 full‑time.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate engineering degree in Mechanical or Chemical disciplines or related technical field.
• Must have completed at least sophomore year by the start of the co‑op (June 2027).

Responsibilities

• Assist project engineers with design reviews and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance and engineering to create SOPs, maintenance strategies, and document assets.
• Participate in commissioning and qualification activities for critical facilities.
