Job summary

Team Car Care in Memphis, TN is seeking a Manager in Training to lead store teammates, oversee training and compliance, and drive daily store operations. You will learn hands-on by supervising computer-based and on-the-job training, enforcing attendance, safety, and uniform standards while participating in safety and policy meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience driving results for a profit and loss center.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health via sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibilities.
• Recruit and develop Teammates; create schedules ensuring coverage.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building and grounds are well maintained.
