Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Future-State Data Analyst to support Beaker/DLMP initiatives in a remote, full-time contract expected to last about 9 months with potential extension. The role offers an hourly W2 rate of $89–$106, depending on skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities include mapping Beaker/DLMP tests to future-state structures, maintaining crosswalk data and convergence datasets, and ensuring version-controlled repositories for change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, or data quality roles.
• Strong SQL, AlloyDB, and GraphQL skills; comfortable reconciling data across multiple source and target systems.
• Experience with version control practices for data assets (e.g., structured file versioning, change logs).
• Ability to work closely with technical SMEs (DLMP/Beaker builders) to interpret system-to-system data relationships and translate them into structured mappings.

• Experience supporting data conversion, migration, or crosswalk projects in a regulated industry.
