Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting in the United States is seeking a Client Impact Analyst for a remote, long-term contract. You will assess test changes, quantify client impact, and support pricing and readiness activities for healthcare/lab clients.

The role emphasizes data analysis (Excel/SQL), clear client-facing communications, and collaboration with Bid/Product Marketing SMEs; 9-month contract with extension, hourly rate $73-$87.

Responsibilities

• Assess every identified test change against client rebuild requirements, communication requirements, pricing impacts, and testing impacts
• Apply and maintain mitigation categories for each impacted test
• Translate crosswalk and classification data into client-level impact views based on client ordering/utilization data
• Support development of the Client Readiness Assessment and pricing impact analysis in partnership with Bid/Product Marketing SMEs
• Provide input on client communication content and requirements for the client-facing test build change summary tool

Job Description

Role: Client Impact Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Full-time contract, estimated 9 months with likely extension

Rate: $73-$87/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Assess every identified test change (new, changed, obsolete, retained) against client rebuild requirements, communication requirements, pricing impacts, and testing impacts.
• Apply and maintain mitigation categories (Mitigated, Partially Mitigated, Not Mitigated) for each impacted test.
• Translate crosswalk and classification data into client-level impact views based on client ordering/utilization data.
• Support development of the Client Readiness Assessment and pricing impact analysis in partnership with Bid/Product Marketing SMEs.
• Provide input on client communication content and requirements for the client-facing test build change summary tool.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, client impact analysis, or client operations roles, ideally in healthcare or laboratory services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in large datasets (Excel/SQL) to connect test-level changes to client-level utilization.
• Experience developing impact assessments or readiness assessments for external clients or customers.
• Clear written communication skills for producing client-facing summaries and internal impact documentation.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with clinical laboratory client operations, LRC/field service, or client conversion processes.
• Familiarity with pricing/match-bill analysis in a laboratory or diagnostics setting.
• Familiarity with Compass, Beaker, or LTC test data.
