Job summary

Lithia & Driveway and Keyes Lexus invite experienced automotive technicians to join our service team in Los Angeles. Work on pre-owned vehicles to restore quality and get them customer-ready, while benefiting from a strong training culture and pathway for advancement.

We offer a flat-rate pay structure with opportunities for incentives, and a supportive, team-based environment within a luxury Lexus dealership network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive technician, lube technician, or maintenance experience.
• Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• ASE certifications.
• Toyota or Lexus experience but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure all used vehicles are retail-ready by completing quality inspections and necessary repairs.
• Perform mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Deliver high-quality expertise while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.
• Help ensure every pre-owned vehicle is customer-ready before it reaches the sales lot.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
