Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching a restaurant team (5+ staff).
• Ability to schedule and optimize labor costs.
• Familiar with budgeting, P&L and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review budget and P&L monthly.
• Promote customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Monitor food costs and reduce waste.
• Train and develop crew with GM/DM support.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company procedures.
