Job summary

Cedartown Foods seeks a Manager in Training to prepare for day-to-day restaurant leadership. You will learn operations, people management, and financial metrics while guiding a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes brand standards, training, and a culture that drives engagement. You will report to the District Manager and support ongoing operational excellence and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Open availability during all restaurant hours and pre-opening/post-closing hours.
• 1+ year of prior Quick Service Restaurant management experience or hourly management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop successful Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.
• Executes brand training program and implementation of additional training plans.
• Maintains strong appearance and leads by example to drive engagement and retention.
• Delivers an unbeatable work culture and provides praise to reinforce positive behaviors.
