Cedartown Foods in Sylacauga, AL is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into restaurant leadership. This learning role builds skills in people, operations, and financials while delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining safety and quality, and driving profitability through training and a strong work culture.

As MIT you will recruit and train team members, supervise daily operations, monitor brand standards, and participate in staff coaching.

Qualifications

• Open availability during all restaurant hours and pre-/post-opening shifts.
• 1+ year of Quick Service Restaurant management or similar experience.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops nightly and shift leaders.
• Runs brand training programs and enforces food safety standards.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness, safety, and quality per brand
• Drives guest satisfaction and handles feedback to improve service.
• Reviews financial reports and works to improve profitability and sales.
