Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley is seeking a dedicated program development leader at the Administrative Office in Knoxville. The role focuses on expanding Academic Success, Life & Workforce Readiness, and creative expression programming for Club members.

Responsibilities include researching trends, coordinating summer programs, building partnerships with schools and community organizations, and overseeing grant administration and program quality across multiple sites.Strong

Bachelor's degree preferred in education, nonprofit leadership, or related field.
Experience leading youth development or program management initiatives.
Proven ability to build partnerships and manage grants.

Responsibilities

Develop, expand, and strengthen programming aligned with BGCA priorities.
Research trends and best practices to improve program quality and youth experience.
Lead Summer Enrichment Program planning, curriculum, and staff training.
Collaborate across departments to expand opportunities for Club members.
Manage program budgets, grants, and reporting to meet requirements.
Represent BGCTNV at meetings, trainings, and community events.
