Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley seeks a Future Readiness Program Specialist to drive program development, innovation, and partnerships across Academic Success, Life & Workforce Readiness, and creative expression programming. You will expand member opportunities and strengthen program quality while aligning with BGCA priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
• Two+ years of experience in youth development leadership, education, program development, nonprofit leadership, or related field.
• Experience developing and managing community partnerships, coordinating collaborative initiatives, or leading multi-site programs is preferred.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, program implementation, grant administration, or program evaluation is preferred.
• Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and database/program management systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and strengthen Club-based Academic Success, Life & Workforce Readiness, and creative expression programming.
• Identify, recruit, cultivate, contract, and manage instructors and community partners.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, businesses, nonprofits, cultural institutions, and government agencies.
• Coordinate grant administration, reporting, and collaboration with grant writers.
• Promote programs and share success stories with stakeholders and the community.
• Provide coaching, professional development, and support to Club staff for high-quality programming.
