Trainees may relocate and travel for instruction and program governance. After completion, graduates review frontline leadership opportunities aligned to business needs and strengths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences or related field is required.
• Associate or Vocational Degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Agribusiness or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and lead safety culture within the facility.
• Develop understanding of operational processes and leadership requirements.
• Be prepared to relocate and/or travel for instructional purposes.
• Assist with evaluating operational conditions and communicating findings to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and KPI prioritization.
