Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• 0+ years of experience; demonstrate and promote safety.
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and change.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized, goal oriented and self-directed.
• Mechanical and analytical aptitude with strong problem solving.
• Proficiency in standard PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and lead safety culture through safe work habits.
• Participate in the day-to-day physical operation of a facility.
• Develop understanding of operational processes.
• Respond to inquiries from supervisors or mentors as needed.
• Travel or relocate to other locations for instruction.
• Assist in evaluating changing operational conditions and report findings promptly.
• Prioritize and optimize Key Performance Indicators.
• Support plant management with projects, drawings, equipment specs and training.
• Assist with review of production data for continuous improvements.
