Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training). This full‑time role oversees shift operations, cost and inventory control, and customer relations to set the store’s tone and example.

You will manage a team, handle cash and orders, ensure quality and speed of product, and maintain cleanliness. A strong sense of responsibility, judgment, and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong judgement and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations during shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver products safely from store to customer.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance per grooming standards.
