Mini Mall Storage Properties in Olive Branch, MS seeks a Customer Service Representative to assist customers in person, by phone, and online, and to convert leads into rentals with consultative selling. You will handle rental agreements, payments, and documentation, while supporting collections and property inspections, ensuring safety and brand standards across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.

• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials, equipment, and other items weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
