As a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage), you’ll blend customer service, sales, and property operations to help customers find the right storage solutions while ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Background check is required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and daily reconciliations.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift and transport materials up to 50 lb on occasion.
