Job summary

Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to join our operations team. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, convert leads into rentals through consultative selling, and complete rental agreements with accuracy.

You will maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and security while delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Bluffton location. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; a background check is part of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• A background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
